Lee Hardware and United Jewelers Apartments
Former commerical buildings were converted to 105 apartment units. The buildings had lead and asbestos removed.
This site is adjacent to Festival Plaza in Downtown Shreveport. The sucess of this project has prompted more conversion of commerical buildings to living quarters.
