Property at Allen Avenue/Ashton Street
The Biomedical Research Foundation of Shreveport plans to construct a community activities center at this property.
A phase I/phase II investigation was completed at the property using Brownfields funds, and the environmental site investigation report was finalized in July 1998. The report indicated that there were no significant environmental concerns at the property that warranted additional investigations and/or cleanup.
The property is ready for reuse/redevelopment.
