Press release- Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit

Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator and Shreveport Police Chief Henry Whitehorn report that the Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit, assisted by patrol officers, conducted a “New Years Eve” operation to proactively address reports of shots fired in Shreveport and Caddo Parish. Agents with the Caddo–Shreveport Narcotics Unit made numerous arrests throughout the city of Shreveport on Thursday December 31, 2009 and into the early morning hours of January 1, 2010.

The operation netted 4 felony arrests, 4 misdemeanor arrests, 3.2 grams of cocaine, 9.7 grams of marijuana, 6 weapons, and $1,673.00 worth of illegal drug proceeds. The street value of all drugs seized was $417.00. Below are the arrests during this operation.
