Shreveport Police seek robbery suspect

Shreveport Police need your help in identifying and apprehending a suspect who robbed a west Shreveport convenience store this morning.

At approximately 3:10 a.m. this morning, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the Circle K in the 7700 block of Pines Rd. A witness told investigators that a male suspect entered the store armed with a knife and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money from the register and fled the scene of the crime on foot. No one was injured in the robbery.

The suspect is described as young black male wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. Anyone who has any information regarding this robbery is urged to call Shreveport Police detectives at 318-673-6955 or Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
