Each month the Customer Service Division performs the following:

Assists over 3,600 walk-in customers
Answers more than 9,000 phone calls
Process over 6,100 work orders
Reads more than 67,000 meters
Dispatches work for the entire Office of Water and Sewerage
Maintain the Field Operations work order management system

They also provide:

Assistance with billing inquiries
Help for customers with payment plans
Direction for disadvantaged customers to social agencies for financial assistance
Research for account histories
Calls for utility locates
Updates for service work orders

We maintain a 24 hour call center seven days a week  to assure that all Public Works or Water & Sewerage emergencies are handled promptly. Any citizen having an emergency should call 673-7600 to report the problem.
