with these organizations. They may be able to answer your
questions and/or address your problems without your experiencing

Division of Small and Emerging
Business Development – Coordinates technical, managerial,
and financial assistance for certified economically disadvantaged
businesses within the state. Also, provides small business bonding
programs for all certified disadvantaged construction contractors

International
Services
– LED’s International Services division is
responsible for facilitating the export of Louisiana goods and services.
The International Services division provides services to Louisiana and
its companies by assisting businesses with all aspects of international
trade, and supporting ports and airports in their efforts to increase
the volume handled by their facilities.

Communications and
Marketing
Division – The Communications and
Marketing Division oversees and manages all facets of the Louisiana
Economic Development (LED) brand, while also building awareness of the
state's economic development opportunities and achievements through

Louisiana Business &
Technology Center (LBTC) - acting as a proving ground for technology
applications and utilization, LBTC serves to stimulate small business formation,
growth, and survival. By fostering growth in the new business segment,
diversification occurs, and jobs are created, further expanding Louisiana's
economic development. Center also assists companies prepare Small Business
Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small

and Contract Network – This site allows you to register
